Last Night my 92 year old Father was rushed to the Hospital in Florida. He has a Bowel Obstruction that can not be reached with the Scope. So today they are performing surgury at noon (their time). He has the health of a 70 year old so our hopes for a successful surgury are high. But if you get time and don't mind, could you say a little prayer for him?
Thank You ahead of time.

Socialism, this Bailout, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Social Security, Subsidies for Farms, Small Business, etc. etc...all Unconstitutional. Still don't see it?
Let me explain.
James Madison is the acknowledged father of the constitution. In 1794, when Congress appropriated $15,000 for relief of French refugees who fled from insurrection in San Domingo to Baltimore and Philadelphia. James Madison wrote disapprovingly, "I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents."
A Few Years Later Representative William Giles of Virginia, condemned a relief measure for fire victims. Giles insisted that it was neither the purpose nor a right of Congress to "attend to what generosity and humanity require, but to what the Constitution and their duty require."
In 1827, Davy Crockett was elected to the House of Representatives. During his term of office a $10,000 relief measure was proposed to assist the widow of a naval officer. Davy Crockett eloquently opposed the measure saying, “Mr. Speaker: I have as much respect for the memory of the deceased, and as much sympathy for the suffering of the living, if there be, as any man in this House, but we must not permit our respect for the dead or our sympathy for part of the living to lead us into an act of injustice to the balance of the living. I will not go into an argument to prove that Congress has not the power to appropriate this money as an act of charity. Every member on this floor knows it. We have the right as individuals, to give away as much of our own money as we please in charity; but as members of Congress we have no right to appropriate a dollar of the public money.”
In 1854, President Franklin Pierce vetoed a popular measure to help the mentally ill saying, “I cannot find any authority in the Constitution for public charity.” To approve the measure "would be contrary to the letter and the spirit of the Constitution and subversive to the whole theory upon which the Union of these States is founded.”
During President Grover Cleveland’s two terms in office, he vetoed many congressional appropriations, often saying there was no constitutional authority for such an appropriation. Vetoing a bill for relief charity, President Cleveland said, “I can find no warrant for such an appropriation in the Constitution, and I do not believe that the power and duty of the General Government ought to be extended to the relief of individual suffering which is in no manner properly related to the public service or benefit.”
James Madison said, in a letter to James Robertson, “With respect to the two words ‘general welfare’, I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators.”
James Madison also said, “If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the General Welfare, the Government is no longer a limited one, possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one, subject to particular exceptions.”
James Madison laid out what he saw as constitutional limits on federal power in Federalist Paper Number 45 where he explained, “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined . . . to be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce."
Thomas Jefferson explained in a letter to Albert Gallatin, “Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated.”
The Fact that we have strayed so far from the Principles of the Constitution shows how many people are ignorant today of what is in the Founding Documents. This is a direct result of the Socialists taking over our Education system. This was done in order so that they could later install their form of Government without protest from an ignorant populace. So far they have succeeded. For how much longer is up to those of us that can see the truth, and that understand the Constitution.
When President Obama, in the past, talked about how the Constitution should allow for more wealth redistribution it made plain his ignorance of the same documents that he is espoused to have studied. He was supposed to be a Constitutional Law Professor, but yet fails to grasp the most basic of Principles expressed in the Founding Documents.
Read the Constitution.....Teach your Children.....Your Friends...Anyone who will listen.....
Before the day comes when the Constitution is destroyed by the Same Ignorant Public it is supposed to defend.....

There is a Treaty that was written in the early 90's by the Convention on the Rights of a Child (CRC) run by the United Nations that will remove Parents Rights under the cloak of protecting the child's rights.

The 1990s-era document was ratified quickly by 193 nations worldwide, but not the United States or Somalia. In Somalia, there was then no recognized government to do the formal recognition, and in the United States there's been opposition to its power. Countries that ratify the treaty are bound to it by international law.
Although signed by Madaline Albreit on Feb 16, 1995, the U.S. Senate never ratified the treaty, largely because of conservatives' efforts to point out it would create that list of rights which primarily would be enforced against parents.
Here is a List of things this Treaty, If Ratified, would do:
Ten things you need to know about the structure of the CRC.
- It is a treaty which creates binding rules of law. It is no mere statement of altruism.
- Its effect would be binding on American families, courts, and policy-makers.
- Children of other nations would not be impacted in any direct way by our ratification.
- The CRC would automatically override almost all American laws on children and families because of our Supremacy Clause.
- The CRC has some elements that are self-executing, while others would require implementing legislation. Federal courts would have the power to determine which provisions were self-executing.
- The Courts would have the power to directly enforce the provisions that are self-executing.
- Congress would have the power to directly legislate on all subjects necessary to comply with the treaty. This would constitute the most massive shift of power from the states to the federal government in American history.
- A committee of 18 experts from other nations, sitting in Geneva, has the authority to issue official interpretations of the treaty which are entitled to binding weight in American courts and legislatures. This effectively transfers ultimate authority for all policies in this area to this foreign committee.
- Under international law, the treaty overrides even our Constitution.
- Reservations, declarations, or understandings intended to modify our duty to comply with this treaty will be void if they are determined to be inconsistent with the object and purpose of the treaty.
Ten things you need to know about the substance of the CRC.
- Parents would no longer be able to administer reasonable spankings to their children.
- A murderer aged 17 years, 11 months and 29 days at the time of his crime could no longer be sentenced to life in prison.
- Children would have the ability to choose their own religion while parents would only have the authority to give their children advice about religion.
- The best interest of the child principle would give the government the ability to override every decision made by every parent if a government worker disagreed with the parent’s decision.
- A child’s “right to be heard” would allow him (or her) to seek governmental review of every parental decision with which the child disagreed.
- According to existing interpretation, it would be illegal for a nation to spend more on national defense than it does on children’s welfare.
- Children would acquire a legally enforceable right to leisure.
- Teaching children about Christianity in schools has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.
- Allowing parents to opt their children out of sex education has been held to be out of compliance with the CRC.
- Children would have the right to reproductive health information and services, including abortions, without parental knowledge or consent.
Here is a Quote from Pres Obama on this Treaty:
"It's embarrassing to find ourselves in the company of Somalia, a lawless land," Obama said. "I will review this and other treaties to ensure the United States resumes its global leadership in human rights."
Barbara Boxer said just before Christmas that it will be ratified in two Years.
This treaty has been Signed under President Clinton, but was never Ratified thanks to People in the Senate who at the time understood the Contitution. Where those people are now...who knows..it appears there is no one left in Washington that understands the Constitution.
If the Senate Ratifies this Treaty, it may very well be the begining of Another Revolution....
It will be the First Blatent Destruction of the Rights in the Constitution of the United States. And as Citizens we should swear the same oath as the Military, even the President.....to Protect the Constitution from ALL enemies Foreign and Domestic......
Let's hope some Common Sense kicks in..oh wait I forgot who I was talking about..lol

I wrote a blog about this subject last year...but it appears this has come up again..so here we go.
The State of Oregon is getting closer to writing a Law that will tax the amount of Miles you Drive. No it's not a Joke. They have been experimenting with GPS systems in Cars that will record how far you drive and Tax You accordingly. Gee..that will stimulate the economy....
They say that this may be neccessary because the normal avenues for Taxes are drying up.
Well News Flash to Oregon....try spending less....
There are supposedly several states watching the Oregon Program and thinking about adopting something similar....
If they try that in my State (MO)...I'll Ripe the D*** thing right out of my car and leave it on the Side of the Road....You'll get to see me on Cops...as the Tax Facist Police chase me down for wanting to drive Tax Free.......I Bet they would even tax me for the Miles Driven in the Police Pursuit...
But hey.... Maybe they'll name it a Carbon Tax...and then the People will accept it with thunderous applause...

Pres Obama's Aunt is here Illegally in the Country....this was discovered before the election..and yet she is still here. Obama himself said that he believes that the laws concerning her staus should be followed. Four Years ago she was instructed to leave the Country by an immigration Judge that denied her request for asylum..but yet she remains.
Now she is again asking for asylum, since her nephew has been elected President.
Should she be allowed to get special Treatment because of Obama? Or should she Go?

Well a "Green" Advisor to the British Government has said that people with more than 2 kids are going to kill the Planet. ..wow
Well it looks like Facism is ok as long as it's for the environment..... Actually in the "Green" begining there were those that actually cared for the environment and ment well...Unfortunatly the Green Movement has been taken over by Socialist,Communist, Facist and Power Hungry people in Governments around the world.
There is a Time coming in the near future, if National Healthcare is adopted, where you will see a population control system like China has....Forced Abortions and the slaying of unauthroized children here in the United States.
The question is how many people here in this country will just roll over and take it? How many people that live in this Free Nation will stand by and do nothing? Are we a lost Nation? Have we become such a Self centered Nation that for the sake of supposed comfort we will allow anyhting?
I guess well See.....
Edmund Burke quote - "All that is necessary for the forces of evil to win in the world is for enough good men to do nothing."

Well there is a Little Problem in the UK over the hiring of Foreign workers in some Union Plants.
Now we can not have both, it's just not possible. We can't keep electing politicans that believe in the Global Economy and Globalism and still believe that they are Pro-Union. How can a Union keep Jobs in a Country if the same Politicans they are supporting are encouraging the shipping of Jobs somewhere else....?
It may already be too late, there has been a Global economic forum of some Big Wigs in Business and Politicans discussing the "Failure" of Capitalism...sorry that is the Dumbest thing I ever heard... Now they believe that we need a Global Regulator to Regualte the Global Economy....Now folks...what regulates Businesses?? Government does.....So that "Conspiracy theory" about a New World Order and a New World Government is no longer a Theory.....it's becoming reality.
So it's either we have Protectionism and Unions....or we have a Global Economy with a Global Government and No Unions...which means you may have to go to another Country to find employment....
Since we will all be One Big Global Happy Family.....
And Unionless...
